OK What do I need for the 17 "spinners on a van that took place a spacer on the rims?

OK, I have 17-inch wheels atm on my van. Originally, the rims on a 1995 Nessan quest but I bought a 1999 Chevy Astro and got a conversion kit so it would fit the rims. My question is, I have Spinners that I want to put these rims. They were on the rims than on the Quest but now that there is a spacer on the rims I was told that I have a special wheel nut bolt, what need for them. Does anyone out there exactly what I need to get these would be connected. According to the guy who is the part I need, is sold out, so I would check around me and see if I can not find it. And yes, I know, spinners on a van is stupid, but it is for my business to advertise.
