What is the tie-breaker in the pole vault?
Yesterday me and another child tied to a pole vault meet. We both cleared 9 feet, but I had an error on the height, and he cleared it on his first attempt. The error in 9 feet was my only mistake, and he had 2 errors and 7'6 8'6, who wins?
They have won because you had fewer overall misses or errors by themselves at the same level. If you had not missed, as in all of your clearing heights on your first attempt, you won. Unless it is a rule in your area that I'm not aware of saying something along the lines of, regardless of the final level and soulful depends on how many attempts you have in your final size. Well nice job, and hopefully win to understand what I try to explain:)
